From very small beginnings back in the early 90’s this family run business which is now called AJ Fresh Foods Ltd was established. Founded by parents Ashley and June, the business is now led by their two sons, carrying forward a legacy of quality and dedication.
As a family-run vegetable prep business, we are fully committed to providing a wide variety of top quality produce at competitive prices to our customer base; hotels, restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets and other catering services.

Based in the heart of the Mourne countryside in the shadow of the mountains we have always endeavoured whenever possible to source potatoes and vegetables from local farmers, as we believe this adds to the quality and freshness of our finished prepared product, using the finest ingredients, backed by generations of passion and expertise.

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond supply – we own and operate our own restaurant, serving as both a testing ground and a showcase for our products.
